Abstract: In order to promote the development of rural construction, it is necessary to analyze and summarize the key points and difficulties in the construction of public welfare facilities. Based on a typical rural bridge project, it analyzed the construction scheme, the construction safety distance and operation platform. It also discussed the key points of the hoisting, transportation, drilling and other technical processes as well as the corresponding construction emergency plan.
