    基于胡格教学模式的学生职业能力提升路径研究

    Research on Improvement Path of Students’ Vocational Ability Based on Huge Teaching Mode

    • 摘要: 胡格教学模式为学生职业能力的提升注入新鲜血液,有助于实现职业教育高素质技术技能人才的培养目标。 根据该模式的启示,针对传统教育模式对学生职业能力培养的不足,提出完善行动导向的教学方式、树立以学生为中心的教学理念、帮助学生形成智能优势、注重学生自我认知和人际交往能力培养、构建有趣有效的课堂教学新形态、分层级递进式培养职业能力、建立全面的考核评价体系等行动路径。

       

      Abstract: Huge teaching mode injects fresh blood into the improvement of students’ vocational ability and helps to realize the goal of cultivating high-quality technical talents in vocational education. Aiming at the shortage of the traditional education mode for students’ vocational ability cultivation, it suggests to consummate the action-oriented teaching mode, set up the student-centered teaching concept, help students form intelligence advantage, pay attention to cultivation of students’ self-awareness and interpersonal ability,build the new form of effective and interesting classroom teaching, cultivate the vocational ability in hierarchical-levelled way, set up comprehensive evaluation system and action path, etc.
