Abstract: In order to facilitate the intelligent river patrol for river chiefs at all levels and improve the staff informatization management ability of the river chief offices, the mobile terminal cross-platform develop ment technology, precise positioning technology, geographic information technology and other advanced Internet technologies are used to design and implement the intelligent river patrol APP system for river chief.The application effect of the system in Henan province is analyzed.
