    Optimization of BIM Technology of Underground Space Electromechanical Pipeline

    • 摘要: 分析了北京市海淀区翠湖科技园项目地下管线综合施工的优化思路,探讨了如何应用BIM技术进行三维管线的综合设计。 施工效果表明:BIM 技术能够直观、高效、充分、精确地帮助我们协调地下空间各专业管线布置,优化机电空间,保证功能空间的净高要求。

       

      Abstract: The optimization idea of the underground pipeline comprehensive construction of Cuihu Science Park project in Haidian district in Beijing is analyzed, and how to apply BIM technology to the comprehensive design of three-dimensional pipeline is discussed. The construction results show that BIM technology can intuitively, efficiently, fully and accurately help us coordinate the layout of various professional pipelines in the underground space, optimize the electromechanical pace, and ensure the clear height requirements of the functional space.
