    复合材料预紧力齿连接多齿接头的疲劳试验研究

    Research on Fatigue Test of Multitooth Connector of Composite Material Pre-tightening Tooth Joint

    • 摘要: 复合材料预紧力齿连接具有良好的静力学性能,但业界对该接头的疲劳性能研究较少。 对开螺栓孔和不开螺栓孔两种复合材料多齿接头的疲劳性能进行了试验研究。研究表明:玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料采用预紧力多齿连接时, 接头的疲劳性能由玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料本身的拉伸疲劳性能决定,而非由剪切疲劳性能决定。

       

      Abstract: Composite pre-tightening tooth connector has a good static performance, but the fatigue performance had never been deeply researched. The two multitooth composite connectors with bolt hole and without bolt hole are researched. The research shows that: The fatigue behavior of the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites is determined by the tensile fatigue behavior of the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix composites, but not by the shear fatigue behavior.
