    基于封闭差动行星齿轮的内置式传动滚筒的设计

    Design on Built-in Driving Drum Based on Closed Differential Planetary Gear

    • 摘要: 为了解决外置式传动滚筒轴向尺寸大、噪声大、形体笨重等问题,设计了一种新型内置式传动滚筒。 该传动滚筒以封闭差动行星齿轮机构为传动装置,将电动机置于传动滚筒外,两者通过锥齿轮相连。 应用三维软件SolidWorks 绘制了传动滚筒各零件图和三维装配图。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large axial size, large noise and heavy weight of the external driving drum, a new built-in driving drum is designed. Taking closed differential planetary gear as the driving device, this driving drum makes the motor placed outside the driving drum and lets them connected by a bevel gear. Three-dimensional software SolidWorks is used to draw the driving drum parts and Three-dimensional assembly drawings.
