长距离管状带式输送机控制系统设计与实现

    Design and Implementation of Control System for Long Distance Tubular Belt Conveyor

    • 摘要: 管状带式输送机作为一种物料输送工具,具有输送量大、节能环保、资源能耗少等特点,在矿山、化工、钢铁、水泥等行业得到广泛应用。 以藏格钾肥厂新建40 万t/年氯化钾车间配套工程为例,探讨了管状带式输送机控制系统的驱动方式、软件及硬件设计、控制流程、计算机监控系统等。

       

      Abstract: As a material conveying tool, tubular belt conveyor has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, energy saving and environmental protection, and less energy consumption of resources. It has been widely used in mining, chemical industry, steel, cement and other industries. Taking the auxiliary project of 400000 t/year potassium chloride workshop of Zangge potash fertilizer plant as an example, the driving mode, software and hardware design, control process and computer monitoring system of the tubular belt conveyor control system are discussed.
