    基于PIC单片机+MCX314的四轴伺服控制器设计

    Design of Four-axis Servo Controller Based on PIC MCU and MCX314

    • 摘要: 随着机电行业对产品加工精度和生产效率要求的提高,现有的运动控制系统已难以满足生产需求。 针对这一困境, 以PIC24FJ256DA210 为主控制芯片, 以NOVA 电子有限公司研制的MCX314AL 为数字信号处理芯片, 设计了一种四轴伺服控制器。 该运动控制器可以实现2/3 轴插补、圆弧插补、直线加减速、S 曲线加减速、外部脉冲驱动、限位原点检测、急停检测等功能。

       

      Abstract: With the improvement of industrial production precision and speed, the existing motion control system is difficult to meet the production requirements. To solve this problem, a four-axis servo controller is designed with PIC24FJ256DA210 as the main control chip and MCX314AL as the digital signal processing chip developed by NOVA Electronics Co., Ltd. The motion controller can realize 2/3 axis interpolation, arc interpolation, linear acceleration and deceleration, S-curve acceleration and deceleration, external pulse drive, limit origin detection, emergency stop detection and other functions.
