    基于倾斜摄影测量的农房不动产测量

    On Real Estate Measurement of Rural Houses Based on Oblique Photogrammetry

    • 摘要: 无人机倾斜摄影测量三维建模技术的快速发展,为农房不动产测量提供了全新的技术手段。以某区农房不动产测量项目为例,采用无人机获取数据,利用Smart 3D软件进行空三加密及三维建模,最后在EPS软件中进行农房不动产要素采集,并对点位精度和边长精度进行了精度检核。检核结果证明,该方法采集的点位精度和边长精度均满足规范要求。

       

      Abstract: The rapid development of UAV oblique photogrammetry 3D modeling technology provides a new technical means for real estate survey.Taking the measurement project of real estate of agricultural houses in a certain area as an example,UAV was used to acquire data,Smart3D software was used to carry out encryption and 3D modeling,and finally the agricultural houses real estate elements were collected in EPS software,and the precision of point position and side length was checked.The result of checking proves that the precision of point position and side length collected by this method meet the requirement of specification.
