    基于“双主体”育人模式的水工专业现代学徒制人才培养探索与实践

    Exploration and Practice on Modern Apprenticeship Talent Cultivation of Hydraulic Engineering Specialty Based on “Dual Subject” Education Mode

    • 摘要: 在借鉴国内外现代职业教育研究成果的基础上,结合我国水利行业特点、企业需求及岗位工作要求,构建了 “工学结合·螺旋递进” 式生产主导型现代学徒制人才培养模式,形成了一套基于 “双主体” 育人模式的人才培养方案。方案以 “一平台、二阶段、三递进、四定位、五对接” 为主线,实施 “学生→学徒→准员工→员工” 递进式育人范式,注重对学徒进行技能和实践能力培养,缩短毕业生就业后的 “适应期” 和 “稳定期” ,以期打造具备水利行业特色的现代学徒制人才培养样板,为全国职业教育现代学徒制改革提供参考和借鉴。

       

      Abstract: By referring to the research results of modern vocational education at home and abroad,combined with the characteristics of China’s water conservancy industry,enterprise needs and job requirements,a production-oriented modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode of “School-enterprise cooperation? Spiral progression” has been established,forming a talent cultivation program based on the “Dual Subject” education mode.By making “one platform,two stages,three progression,four location,five docking” as the main line,implementing the “student→apprentice→prospective employee→employees” progressive education paradigm,paying attention to the skills and practice ability cultivation of apprentice,shortening the the “adaptation” and “stability” after graduation,it wants to build a modern apprenticeship talent cultivation mode with water conservancy industry characteristics and provide reference for the reform of modern apprenticeship in national vocational education.
