    “三教”改革背景下高职测绘人才培养质量提升实践研究

    Practice Research on Improving Quality of Surveying and Mapping Talents of Higher Vocational Education Based on “Three Education” Reform

    • 摘要: “三教” 改革是教学改革和内涵建设的核心内容。在分析 “三教” 改革对于高职测绘人才培养必要性的基础上,结合当前高职院校师资队伍建设、教材和教法改革存在的问题,提出高职教育要办出特色,提升人才培养质量,就要坚持立德树人,建设高水平 “双师型” 教师队伍;创新 “2345” 人才培养模式,推进新形态教材改革;利用信息技术和技能竞赛,改革教学模式。实践证明:通过深化 “三教” 改革,能提升高职测绘人才培养质量,从而更好地满足经济社会发展需要。

       

      Abstract: The “Three Education” reform is the core content of teaching reform and connotation construction.By analyzing the necessity of “Three Education” reform in surveying and mapping talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,and the current problems existing of teaching staff,teaching materials and teaching method reform in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward that higher vocational education should have its own characteristics and improve the talent cultivation quality by insisting on the moral education principle and building a high-quality team of “Double-qualified” teacher.Innovate the “2345” talent cultivation mode and promote the textbook reform of new ideology;Use information technology and skills competition to reform the teaching model.Practice has proved that the quality of surveying and mapping talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges can be improved and the needs of economic and social development can be better met by deepening the “Three Education” reform.
