    Exploration and Discussion on Deformation Control Technology of Shield through Existing Tunnel under Silty Clay Stratum

    • 摘要: 盾构下穿既有隧道施工中的变形控制是确保盾构施工安全的重要保证。以郑州地铁某区间盾构隧道工程为研究背景,分析了盾构施工地层变形的诱发因素,针对粉质黏土地层条件下盾构下穿既有隧道的变形控制问题,提出盾构掘进参数控制法、克泥效法、同步注浆和二次注浆控制相结合的施工控制技术,并结合现场试验结果验证了盾构施工变形控制效果。

       

      Abstract: The construction deformation control of passing through the existing tunnel underground is an important guarantee to ensure the safety of shield construction. A range in Zhengzhou subway shield tunnel project as the research background, it analyzes the shield construction of strata deformation inducing factors. In view of the deformation control problems of silty clay stratum shield, it puts forward the construction control technology of the shield tunneling parameter control, mud, synchronous grouting and secondary grouting control, and combined with site test results of shield construction deformation control effect.
