    职业院校学生内部质量保证体系研究与实践

    Research and Practice on Internal Quality Assurance System of Vocational College Students

    • 摘要: 职业院校教学诊断与改进制度是保证职业院校内部质量的有效举措。 学生层面是“五纵五横一平台”基本架构中“学校、专业、课程、教师、学生”五个横向层面之一,也是教学诊改有效与否的最直接判断依据。 通过打造“两链”,找准诊改的逻辑起点,按照事前设定目标链、标准链,事中监测预警,事后诊断与改进的逻辑顺序,实现职业院校学生工作从传统评估的“他证方式”向内部质量保证的“自证方式”的转变。 学生工作层面的内部质量保证则从学生工作目标链、标准链的打造,学生个人目标链、标准链的制订着手,分为两条主线,从工作路线与学生个人成长路线两方面共同保证人才培养质量。 两条路线出发点不同,但归宿点相同,是质量文化在学生工作中的具体表现。

       

      Abstract: Teaching diagnosis and improvement system is an effective measure to ensure the internal quality of vocational colleges. The student level is one of the five horizontal levels of “College, Specialty, Curriculum, Teacher and Student” in the basic framework of “Five Vertical, Five Horizontal and One Platform”, and is also the most direct basis for judging the effectiveness of teaching reform. By creating “Two Chains” to identify the logical starting point of diagnosis and improvement, according to the target chain and standard chain in advance, the monitoring and warning in the event, the diagnosis and improvement after the event, it realizes the transformation of student work in vocational colleges from the “Proving by others” of traditional assessment to the “Self-proving” of internal quality assurance. The internal quality assurance at the student work level starts from creating the student work target chain and standard chain,and creating the student personal target chain and standard chain, which are divided into two main lines,and ensures the quality of talent cultivation from the work route and the student personal growth route.The two routes have different starting points but the same destination, which are the concrete performance of quality culture in students’ work.
