Abstract: Cultural education in colleges and universities is a complex ecological process. The key to carry out cultural education is to build a “Teaching people by culture” ecology and a system of cultural education. Firstly, it should create a good university cultural ecology to provide an important guarantee for students’ all-round development; Secondly, it should excavate the excellent traditional cultural resources,highlight the significance of the existence of classical culture to activate the vitality of “Teaching people by culture”; Thirdly, it should highlight the cultural significance of practice between curriculum and action to activate the educational mechanism of behavior culture and highlight the value of cultural education curriculum.
