    开封市2021年雨水情调查与分析

    Investigation and Analysis on Rainwater Situation of Kaifeng City in 2021

    • 摘要: 开封市2021 年7 月发生历史罕见暴雨,造成惠济河长时间超警戒水位运行。 对开封市雨、水情进行统计分析,总结出本地区新的历史水文特征极值,得出开封市“7·20”暴雨发生频率超过千年一遇的结论。 经对惠济河历史特大洪水年份与分析年份洪水形成要素对比分析,解释了2021 年“7·20”特大暴雨未形成1977 年特大洪水的原因。

       

      Abstract: In July 2021, a rare rainstorm occurred in Kaifeng city, causing the Huji River to run beyond the warning level for a long time. Based on the statistical analysis of rain and water situation in Kaifeng city, the new extreme value of historical hydrology characteristics in this area is summarized, and the conclusion is drawn that the frequency of “7·20” rainstorm in Kaifeng city is more than one thousand years.Based on the comparative analysis of flood formation factors in the historical and analysis years of the Huiji River, the reason why the “7·20” rainstorm in 2021 did not form the 1977 flood is explained.
