    大型环抛机抛光盘初始型面质量检测技术研究

    Research on Quality Inspection Technology of Polishing Plate Initial Surface of Large Continuous Polisher

    • 摘要: 为提高大型环抛机的抛光质量和效率,提出在产品抛光前,采用工业摄影测量技术对抛光盘初始型面质量进行检测。通过仿真校正板与抛光盘各部位的压强分布,分析了校正板与抛光盘之间的作用机理。结合抛光盘初始型面的分布趋势,发现校正板虽然能在很大程度上修正抛光盘的面型,促进被抛光产品的型面快速收敛,但是如果抛光盘存在“天然缺陷”,校正板的修正作用就达不到预期效果,进而导致产品抛光周期长、产品面型不理想等问题。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the polishing quality and efficiency of large continuous polisher, the quality of polishing plate initial surface was tested by industrial photogrammetry before polishing. By simulating the pressure distribution of each part of the correction plate and the polishing plate, the interaction mechanism of them is analyzed. Combined with the distribution trend of polishing plate initial surface, it is found that the correction plate can largely fix the polishing plate surface, promote the fast convergence by polishing products. However, if there is a “natural defect” of polishing plate, the correction function of the correction plate can not achieve the expected effect, which leads to the long polishing cycle of the product, and the product surface is not ideal.
