    改性生物沥青混合料路用性能试验研究

    Research on Road Performance of Modified Biological Asphalt Mixture

    • 摘要: 为了研究改性生物沥青混合料的路用性能, 分别对不同种类的沥青混合料进行水稳定性能、高温稳定性能和低温抗裂性能试验。 试验结果表明:改性沥青的添加能有效预防水对沥青和集料界面的侵蚀,提升沥青混合料的水稳定性能;与生物沥青混合料相比,改性生物沥青混合料的冻融劈裂强度比显著提升;改性沥青的添加会影响生物沥青混合料的高温性能,改善其原有的硬脆特性;在低温条件下,改性生物沥青混合料的极限弯拉应变和抗弯拉强度满足技术规范要求,且具有较低的弯曲劲度模量,表现出良好的低温抗裂性能。

       

      Abstract: In order to research the road performance of modified biological asphalt mixture, the water stability, the high temperature stability and the low temperature anti-crack resistance of different kinds of asphalt mixture were tested. The experiment results showed that the addition of modified asphalt could effectively prevent the erosion of water on the interface of asphalt and aggregate, and improve the water stability of asphalt mixture. Compared with the biological asphalt mixture, the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of modified biological asphalt mixture was significantly increased. The addition of modified asphalt could affect the high temperature performance of biological asphalt mixture and improve the original hard and brittle performance. At low temperature, the ultimate flexural strain and flexural tensile strength of the modified biological asphalt mixture could meet the requirements of technical index, and it had a low flexural stiffness modulus, showed a good low temperature anti-crack resistance.
