    高职汽车专业“岗证课训赛”五位一体人才培养模式创新与实践

    Innovation and Practice of “Post, Certificate, Course, Training, Competition” Five-in-one Talent Cultivation Mode for Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

    • 摘要: 在分析当前高职汽车专业人才培养存在问题及原因的基础上,根据新时代高职汽车专业人才培养目标,结合河南省部分高职院校汽车专业在教学、校企合作、技能竞赛等方面的创新和实践经验,提出了“岗证课训赛”五位一体人才培养模式。该模式从工作岗位要求出发,以提高行业认证、技能竞赛能力和素养为目标,衔接1+X 证书制度的实施,整合教学内容,强化实训项目,与行业企业共同构建模块化、能力递进式的课程体系,实现五位一体,融合育人。实践证明,该人才培养模式的实施,能够提升汽车专业的教学质量,推进校企合作,促进学生全方位发展,实现教学、就业质量双提升,获得了社会认可,具有较高的推广价值。

       

      Abstract: By analyzing the existing problems and the reasons of talent cultivation of the current higher vocational automobile specialty, according to the talent cultivation objectives of new era higher vocational automobile specialty, on the basis of the innovation and practical experience of teaching, school-enterprise, skills competition of automobile specialty of some higher vocational colleges in Henan, it puts forward the “Post, Certificate, Course, Training, Competition” five-in-one talent cultivation mode. This mode starts from the job requirements, aims to improve the industry certification, skills competition ability and quality, connects the implementation of “1+X” certificate system, integrates teaching content, strengthens practical training projects, and jointly constructs a modular and progressive curriculum system with industry enterprises to achieve the goal of five-in-one objective and integrated education. Practice has proved that this mode can improve the teaching quality of automobile specialty, improve school-enterprise cooperation,promote the all-round development of students, realize the dual promotion of teaching and employment,and has gained the social acceptance and had high promotion value.
