    基于层次分析法的椒江流域水量分配研究

    Research on Water Allocation of Jiaojiang River Basin Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

    • 摘要: 以椒江流域为研究区,以流域水资源可利用量和用水总量控制指标为约束,综合考虑水资源禀赋、供水安全保障、经济安全保障、粮食安全保障、用水效率与效益、规划用水需求等因素,基于层次分析法建立水量分配指标体系,在计算研究区可分配水量的基础上,确定了各县级行政区生活生产取用水份额。

       

      Abstract: Taking Jiaojiang River basin as the research area, according to the amount usable of basin water resources and the control index of total water consumption, it comprehensively considered the water resources endowment, water supply security, economic safety security, food safety security, water use efficiency and benefit, planned water demand and other factors. Based on the water allocation index system of analytic hierarchy process, according to the calculation of the allocatable water in the study area, it determined the share of water used for domestic production in each county-level administrative district.
