基于ANP-综合指数法的郑州市水生态文明评价

    Evaluation of Water Ecological Civilization of Zhengzhou City Based on ANP-Comprehensive Index Method

    • 摘要: 以郑州市为研究对象,构建涵盖水资源安全、水生态环境、水节约、水管理、水文化5个准则层,25项指标的城市水生态文明评价指标体系。运用网络层次分析法计算各指标权重,采用内插法计算各指标标准化分值,综合指标权重值和标准化分值,分别计算该市2013年、2016年、2019年水生态文明综合指数,并通过对比,评价其水生态文明建设成效。结果表明:郑州市水生态文明建设工作实施前(2013年),水生态文明综合指数为0.551 5,属于中等水平;实施后,2016年水生态文明综合指数为0.764 9,属于良好水平;2019年水生态文明综合指数为0.887 4,属于优秀水平。

       

      Abstract: Taking Zhengzhou city as the research object, the evaluation index system of urban water ecological civilization was constructed, which covers 5 criteria layers and 25 indexes, including water resources security, water ecology and water environment, water conservation, water management and water culture. The network analytic hierarchy process was used to calculate the weight of each index, the interpolation method was used to calculate the standardized value of each index, the weight value of comprehensive index and standardized value. The comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2013, 2016 and 2019 were calculated and compared. The results showed that before the implementation of water ecological civilization construction in Zhengzhou city (2013), the comprehensive index of water ecological civilization was 0.551 5, belonging to the medium level. After the implementation, the comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2016 was 0.764 9, belonging to the good level. The comprehensive index of water ecological civilization in 2019 was 0.887 4, belonging to the excellent level.
