文化自信赋能“双高计划”建设探析

    • 摘要: 基于文化的独特功能和作用,探索基于文化视角的“双高计划”建设路径和策略,提出通过深化文化“供给侧”改革,坚持融合创新,充分发挥以文培元、以化治校、以文育人功能,在文化理性选择和文化自信培育中,升华办学理念,突出办学特色,推进学校治理体系和治理能力现代化,提升学校文化软实力和文化育人水平,助力“引领改革、支撑发展、中国特色、世界水平”的“双高计划”建设目标的实现。

       

      Abstract: Based on the unique function and role of culture, it explores the construction path and strategy of the "Double High-quality Plan" based on the cultural perspective. It proposes to deepen the "Supplyside" reform of culture, adhere to integration and innovation, and give full play to the functions of cultivating the spirit with culture, governing the school with culture and cultivating people with culture. In the rational choice of culture and the cultivation of culture self-confidence, it sublimates the school-running philosophy, highlights school-running characteristics, and promotes the modernization of school governance system and governance capacity. It improves the soft power of school culture and the level of educating people with culture, and helps realize the "Double High-quality Plan" construction goal of "leading reform, supporting development, with Chinese characteristics and world level".
