    基于Inspire 的S195 柴油机活塞轻量化分析

    Lightweight Analysis on S195 Diesel Engine Piston Based on Inspire

    • 摘要: 采用Inspire 软件对S195 柴油机活塞进行轻量化设计,分析了设计流程,确定了载荷和约束条件,探讨了形状控制方法和几何重构方法对优化结果的影响。通过改变形状控制方法和几何重构方法设计了12 种优化方案,并通过强度校核对比,最终确定对称的手动重构方案为最优结果。

       

      Abstract: The lightweight design of S195 diesel engine piston is carried out by Inspire software.The design process is analyzed,the load and constraint conditions are determined,and the influence of shape control method and geometric reconstruction method on the optimization results is discussed.Twelve optimization schemes are designed by changing the shape control method and geometric reconstruction method,and the symmetric manual reconstruction scheme is finally determined as the best result by strength checking and comparison.
