Abstract: The lightweight design of S195 diesel engine piston is carried out by Inspire software.The design process is analyzed, the load and constraint conditions are determined, and the influence of shape control method and geometric reconstruction method on the optimization results is discussed.Twelve optimization schemes are designed by changing the shape control method and geometric reconstruction method, and the symmetric manual reconstruction scheme is finally determined as the best result by strength checking and comparison.
