    “五共携进”校企合作育人模式探索与实践

    Exploration and Practice on College-enterprise Cooperation Education Mode Based on “Advance together Five in One”

    • 摘要: 高职院校面对当前产教深度融合的大背景和改革发展新常态下的新要求,必须进一步深化校企合作和人才培养模式的改革与创新,探索适应经济社会发展需求的高素质复合型技术技能人才培养之路。在分析校企合作共建产业学院过程中存在问题的基础上,探索产教融合背景下校企深度合作育人机制, 提出了校企院区共建、师资共组、科研共进、人才共培、国际共行的“五共携进”产业学院建设新范式。

       

      Abstract: Facing the current background of industry-education deep integration and the new requirements under the new normal of reform and development,higher vocational colleges must further deepen the innovation and reform of school-enterprise cooperation and talent cultivation mode,and explore the way of cultivating high-quality composite technical skilled talent to meet the needs of economic and social development.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the process of school-enterprise cooperation in building industrial colleges,A school-enterprise deep cooperation education mode based on industry-education integration is explored,a new paradigm of school-enterprise cooperation in building co-construction of college campus,co-constitute of teachers,joint-progress of scientific research,joint-cultivation of talents and co-occurrence internationalization is proposed.
