    安溪县水土保持综合治理生态效益评价研究

    Research on Ecological Benefit Evaluation of Comprehensive Improvement of Soil and Water Conservation of Anxi County

    • 摘要: 分析了安溪县水土保持综合整治工程实施区域的概况、存在问题及整治措施,利用AHP法与Delphi法构建起包含3 个层次、12 个指标的生态效益评价体系,通过计算各指标层权重,对经无量纲化处理过的各指标进行分值量化,对综合整治后的生态效益进行评价,得出工程的实施有效解决了水土流失的问题,基本实现了工程建设目标的结论。

       

      Abstract: The general situation,existing problems and improvement measures of the implementation area of the comprehensive improvement project of soil and water conservation in Anxi County are analyzed.The ecological benefit evaluation system consisting of 3 levels and 12 indexes is constructed by using AHP and Delphi methods.The scores of the dimensionless treated indexes by calculating the weights of each index layer are quantified.The ecological benefits after comprehensive improvement is evaluated.The implementation of the project effectively solves the problem of soil and water loss,and basically realizes the project target conclusion.
