Abstract: Under the dual background of rural revitalization and high-quality ecological development of the Yellow River basin,the rural ecological revitalization of the Yellow River basin has a historical opportunity.It responds positively to the policies related to rural revitalization and ecological protection,and analyzes the causes of rural ecological problems and the existing problems of ecological management of the Yellow River basin.From the ecological protection,ecological legal system,ecological technology,ecological colony and collaborative innovation,it provide explores and discusses the paths for the rural ecological revitalization of the Yellow River basin.
