Abstract:
Based on a sample survey of 2218 students in more than 10 different types of higher vocational colleges in Henan Province, it compares and analyzes the differences of students' learning status among different genders, majors and grades, and uses multiple linear regression analysis to determine the main influencing factors of their academic performance. The results showed that: learning motivation score > behavior attitude score > learning strategy score. The scores of male students in learning motivation, behavior attitude and learning strategy were significantly better than those of female students (
P < 0.05). The learning status of science and technology major was better than that of liberal arts major (
P < 0.05). Correlation evaluation found that learning motivation, behavior attitude and learning strategy were significantly positively correlated with academic achievement (
P < 0.001). After further constructing multiple linear regression equation, it was found that learning strategy had the greatest impact on academic achievement. It is suggested that vocational talent cultivation should pay more attention to the training of learning strategy and cultivation of professional interest, and put forward individual teaching plan according to the differences of major and gender.
