    聚乙烯/多壁碳纳米管复合材料的制备及性能

    Preparation and Properties of Polyethylene / MWCNTs Composites

    • 摘要: 为了改善PE 材料的综合性能,应用转矩流变仪,通过熔融共混的方法,制备了不同比例的PE/MWCNTs 复合材料,研究了PE/MWCNTs 复合材料的机械性能、结晶性能和热性能,并利用红外光谱探究了MWCNTs 对PE 性能的影响机理。研究结果表明,随着MWCNTs 含量的增加,复合材料的屈服应力增加,断裂应力增大,抗冲击强度增大,结晶温度升高。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the comprehensive properties of PE materials, PE/MWCNTs composites of different proportions were prepared by melt blending method with torque rheometer.The mechanical properties, crystallization properties and thermal properties of PE/MWCNTs composites were researched.The influence mechanism of MWCNTs on PE properties was explored by infrared spectroscopy.The results show that the yield stress, fracture stress, impact strength and crystallization temperature of the composites will increase with the increase of MWCNTs content.
