Abstract: After the “Double High-quality Plan” launched, more and more special funds was invested in the training room construction, which made how to evaluate the project fund performance scientifically and reasonably become the focus of attention.Based on the mathematical model of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), and combining with the function of “Double High-quality Plan” to build professional training rooms in colleges and universities, it designed 25 index observation points.These 25 index observation points were to study and analyze the performance evaluation index system of special funds in the training rooms, so as to make the evaluation system more scientific and reasonable, further promote the scientific and standardized use and management of fund, and optimize the allocation of resources.To ensure the realization of the construction objectives of the “Double High-quality Plan”.
