    Exploration and Analysis on Upgrading Dilemma and Solution of“Double High-quality Plan” Construction Colleges

    • 摘要: 以32 所职业本科院校提供的质量年度报告中的各项发展指标为基础数据,采集师资队伍、人才培养、社会服务效益等多维可变量发展性导向指标数据,厘清职业本科院校发展的现实样态。以福建5 所“双高计划”建设院校提供的质量年度报告中的各项发展指标、典型经验做法为基础数据,对标职业本科院校设置标准,提出创新拓展办学空间、开展新兴交叉学科培育工程、构建高端人才金字塔结构、创新产教融合模式等举措,以及时解决“双高计划”建设院校抢抓“升本”机遇时在办学空间、学科建设、师资队伍、产教融合等方面存在瓶颈问题。

       

      Abstract: Based on the development indicators in the annual quality reports provided by 32 vocational undergraduate colleges, it collects multidimensional and variable development-oriented indexes such as teacher staff, talent cultivation and social service benefits to clarify the reality of the development of vocational undergraduate colleges.Based on the development indexes and typical experience practices in the annual quality reports provided by the five “Double High-quality Plan” construction colleges in Fujian Province, it sets standards for vocational undergraduate colleges.It also puts forward measures to innovate and expand school-running space, carries out new interdisciplinary cultivation projects, builds a pyramid structure of top talents, and innovates the integration model of production and education.To solve the bottleneck problems timely in school-running space, discipline construction, teaching staff, integration of production and education of the “Double High-quality Plan” construction colleges to seize the opportunity of“upgrading”.
