Abstract: At present, the construction of counselor studios in higher vocational colleges has some problems, such as direction deviation, blurred work boundaries, imperfect supporting policies, weak development momentum, incomplete studio construction mechanism, poor internal binding force, lack of superior talents, and few landmark achievements.In order to strengthen the construction of counselor studios in higher vocational colleges, it is necessary for the school to make scientific planning, focus on supporting and cultivating individual famous teachers or characteristic studios.It is necessary for the studio to anchor goals, gather advantageous resources inside and outside the school, and build a professional development community.It is also necessary for counselors to take the initiative to consciously improve their educational practice and scientific research capabilities.
