Abstract: Adhering to the socialist direction of education and deepening the integration of party building and business work in colleges and universities is not only a requirement for the development of party building in the new era, but also a ideological, political, and organizational guarantee for the scientific development. In the current integration of party building and business work in colleges and universities, there are generally problems such as weakened party building function, poor coordination and integration and insufficient evaluation and incentive effects. Based on strengthening the guidance of party building in colleges and universities, accurately grasping the connotation of the integration of party building and business work, and testing the effectiveness of party building work with the results of colleges and university development, we should effectively utilize the dialectical relations between party building and business work, promote the integration, guide the high-quality development of colleges and universities by high-quality party building work.
