Abstract: There are many problems in the system mechanism, "Four working styles" problems, scientific research projects, bidding and procurement in higher vocational colleges to promote all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline. It requires the provincial Party Committee and the provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection continue to deepen the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system in higher vocational colleges. Based on "Two Responsibilities" of promoting all-out effort to enforce strict Party discipline, it also requires the Party committee and the discipline inspection commission of higher vocational colleges to take comprehensive measures and work together from improving the system mechanism, consolidating the effectiveness of style construction, strengthening the supervision of scientific research projects, bidding and purchasing strictly. So as to better exert the effectiveness of leading the development by party building of higher vocational education, and further create a clean and positive political ecology and education environment for officers and entrepreneurs.
