    基于WebGIS的消防巡查综合管理平台的设计与实现

    Design and Implementation on Comprehensive Management Platform of Fire Inspection Based on WebGIS

    • 摘要: 火灾频发会带来巨大的危害。合理的资源配置、迅速有效的响应与救援对于保护民众的生命财产安全至关重要。针对现有的紧急救援系统低效且费时的检查程序、有限的预警能力和缺乏智能化等缺点,结合实际工作情况,通过融合地理信息系统(GIS)技术、云服务、网络通信等现代技术手段,研发了消防巡查综合管理平台。

       

      Abstract: Frequent fires have enormous potential for destruction. Rational allocation of resources, rapid and effective response and rescue are essential to protect people's lives and property. In view of the shortcomings of the existing emergency rescue system, such as inefficient and time-consuming inspection procedures, limited early warning ability and lack of intelligence, combined with the actual work situation, through the integration of geographic information system (GIS) technology, cloud services, network communication and other modern technical means, a comprehensive management platform for the fire patrol was developed.
