    Seci视域下高职院校保护与传承“非遗”的路径研究

    Research on Path of Protection and Inheritance of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Seci Perspective

    • 摘要: 高职院校因其“工具理性”和“行业文化自觉”属性及类型教育特性,在保护与传承非物质文化遗产方面有着天然优势。以L职业大学为实例,分析Seci模型在保护与传承非遗中的适切性,并基于Seci模型中的“场”(ba)的条件,结合校企合作、产教融合深化的背景,提出以现代学徒制搭建知识交互平台、以校企合作机制搭建联合培养平台、以产学研协同机制搭建产教协作平台、以政行企校多方保障体系搭建人才培养创新平台等科学有效的参与非物质文化遗产保护与传承的路径。

       

      Abstract: The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage are faced with the test of both technical and spiritual inheritance. Compared with other colleges, higher vocational colleges have natural advantages in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage due to their attributes of "instrumental rationality" and "industry culture consciousness" as well as the characteristics of type education. With the help of Seci model theory, through the analysis of actual research data, market analysis and the policy analysis, and taking L Vocational University as an example, the appropriateness of Seci model in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage is analyzed. Based on the "field" (ba) condition in Seci model, combined with the background and experience of school-enterprise cooperation and deepening integration of industry and education, it is proposed to build a knowledge interaction platform with modern apprenticeship, a joint cultivation platform with school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, a cooperation platform with industry-university-research collaboration mechanism, and a talent cultivation and innovation platform with a multi-party guarantee system of government, industry, enterprise and school. Thus, the higher vocational colleges can participate in the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage scientifically and effectively.
