    生态环境工程技术职业本科人才培养的必要性研究

    Research on Necessity of Vocational Undergraduate Talent Cultivation of Ecological Environmental Engineering Technology

    • 摘要: 根据行业调研分析总结出典型的工作岗位,并依此内容要求分析岗位需求,发现社会急需大量精专业操作、懂处理工艺、会工程管理、善团队协作、能技术创新的发展型、复合型、创新型生态环境工程技术职业本科层次人才,而开办生态环境工程技术职业本科教育就是解决上述人才缺口的必由之路。因此,本研究分析了职业本科学历在生态环境类职业中的必要性,并提出了生态环境工程技术职业本科人才的培养定位,以期为进一步开展高职生态环境类专业设置和课程体系调整提供理论支持和建设思路。

       

      Abstract: According to industry research and analysis, the typical jobs are summarized, and the job requirements of typical jobs are analyzed. It is found that the society is in urgent need of a large number of vocational undergraduate talents of ecological environment engineering and technology who are highly professional in operation, understand processing technology, good at project management and teamwork, and capable of technological innovation. The only way to solve the above talent gap is to start the vocational undergraduate education of ecological and environment engineering technology. Therefore, it recognizes the necessity of vocational undergraduate degree in ecological environment occupations, and proposes that the cultivation orientation of ecological environment engineering and technology undergraduate talents with distinctive vocational characteristics is "development-oriented, compound and innovative" technical skills talents with excellent professional operation, understanding of processing technology, engineering management, good teamwork and technological innovation. It will provide theoretical support and construction ideas for the further development of higher vocational ecological environment specialty setting and curriculum system adjustment.
