    Safety Risk Assessment of Water Conservancy Engineering Operation Management

    • 摘要: 水利工程在运行管理过程中面临着各种复杂的安全风险,适当识别、评估和有效管控这些风险,是确保水利工程安全稳定运行、维护公众利益的关键所在。从人员、组织、技术3个方面,构建了包含13个指标的水利工程运行管理安全风险评价指标体系,建立了熵权-模糊综合评价模型,对马鞍山市10座小型水库的运行管理进行安全风险评价。根据评价结果,提出了相应的管理建议。

       

      Abstract: Water conservancy engineering are faced with various complex safety risks in the process of operation and management. Proper identification, assessment and effective control of these risks are the key to ensure the safe and stable operation of water conservancy engineering and maintain public interests. From three aspects of personnel, organization and technology, a safety risk evaluation index system of water conservancy engineering operation management is constructed, which includes 13 indexes, and an entropy-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to evaluate the safety risk of operation management of 10 small reservoirs in Ma'anshan City. According to the evaluation results, the corresponding management suggestions are put forward.
