Abstract:
The production-education alliance is a new model of production-education integration, which marks the development of production-education integration into the 3.0 era. Based on the connotation, advantages and main problems existing in the practice of the production-education alliance, it analyzes the role positioning, benefit demands and conflict points of the major stakeholders of the production-education alliance, and proposes to construct the symbiotic co-promotion mechanism of the stakeholders of the production-education alliance by strengthening the benefit balance mechanism, communication and cooperation mechanism, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism, so as to strengthen the cooperation of all parties and achieve long-term and harmonious development.
