Abstract:
Real estate registration management constitutes a crucial component of urban management and holds great significance for the construction of "Intelligent City". With the development of urban architectural complexes towards greater three-dimensionality and scalability, two-dimensional real estate registration management has failed to meet the demands of real estate registration management in expressing architectural space and delimiting the spatial scope of real estate rights. Based on real-scene three-dimensional models and BIM, the buildings in real estate are managed at three levels of natural buildings, household units, and rooms by utilizing the dynamic single-building technology of real-scene three-dimensional models and the three-dimensional visualization technology of room information based on BIM, thereby realizing the construction of indoor and outdoor integrated three-dimensional real estate scenes and three-dimensional real estate registration management.
