Abstract: The research on path for the high-quality talent cultivation system in vocational education to facilitate the new-form productive force development is not only an important topic in the education field, but also the key to promoting the sustained and healthy development of economy society. On the basis of in-depth exploration of the core elements of the high-quality talent cultivation system in vocational education, analysis of the connotation and characteristics of new-form productive force, and clarification of the intrinsic connection between the two, specific paths for constructing a high-quality talent cultivation system to facilitate the new-form productive force development are proposed, with the expectation of providing beneficial references and inspirations for the talent cultivation in vocational education and the new-form productive force development in China.
