Abstract: Ideological and political education in courses is the inevitable path for ideological and political education of colleges and universities in the Internet and information age. Against the backdrop of the growing impact of Western culture on socialist culture and the ideological front of colleges and universities, they must earnestly fulfill the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, resolutely implement the ideological and political education in courses, grasp the dominant characteristics, gain insight into the internal driving forces, design the reform paths, and ensure that the reform is well-targeted.
