“05后”大学生职业生涯规划认知现状及教育策略研究

    Research on Cognitive Status and Educational Strategies of Career Planning for "Post-2005" University Students

    • 摘要: 面对“05后”大学生更具时代化的个性特征,做好职业生涯教育成为当前落实立德树人根本任务的重点工作。通过调查“05后”大学生职业生涯规划认知情况并分析问题成因,提出完善职业生涯规划课程内容、转变职业生涯服务理念、加强职业生涯规划师资配备、强化校企合作实习实践、利用职业生涯规划的辅助智能技术等策略,着力解决当前大学生在职业生涯规划中出现的问题,帮助大学生树立正确的职业观、就业观、人生观。

       

      Abstract: Facing the more contemporary and individualized personality characteristics of "Post-2005" university students, conducting career education well has become a key task in the current implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. By investigating the cognitive status of career planning of "Post-2005" university students and analyzing the causes of the problems, strategies such as perfecting the content of career planning courses, transforming the concept of career service, stre ngthening the allocation of teachers of career planning, intensifying the internship and practice of school-enterprise cooperation, and exploring the auxiliary intelligent technologies of career planning are proposed. The aim is to solve the problems that occur in the career planning of current university students and help them establish correct views of career, employment, and life.
