Abstract:
Facing the more contemporary and individualized personality characteristics of "Post-2005" university students, conducting career education well has become a key task in the current implementation of the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. By investigating the cognitive status of career planning of "Post-2005" university students and analyzing the causes of the problems, strategies such as perfecting the content of career planning courses, transforming the concept of career service, stre ngthening the allocation of teachers of career planning, intensifying the internship and practice of school-enterprise cooperation, and exploring the auxiliary intelligent technologies of career planning are proposed. The aim is to solve the problems that occur in the career planning of current university students and help them establish correct views of career, employment, and life.
