施工顺序对中小型涵洞变形的影响分析

    Analysis on Influence of Construction Sequence on Deformation of Small and Medium-sized Culverts

    • 摘要: 涵洞变形受多种因素影响, 其中施工技术和施工顺序起到关键作用。为减少中小型涵洞变形, 提升工程质量和安全性, 基于某泵站工程基础资料, 构建了三维数值模型, 模拟逐步施工和同时施工2套施工方案, 分析施工顺序对建筑物及地基变形的影响。研究发现, 当地基土层存在较厚软弱夹层时, 涵洞与其紧邻的建筑物同时施工, 对地基整体变形控制较好, 所产生的不均匀沉降小于分步施工产生的不均匀沉降。

       

      Abstract: The deformation of culverts is influenced by various factors, among which construction techniques and construction sequence play key roles. To mitigate the deformation of small and medium-sized culverts and improve the quality and safety of the project, based on the fundamental data of a certain pumping station project, a three-dimensional numerical model was established to simulate two construction schemes: stepwise construction and simultaneous construction. The influence of the construction sequences on the deformation of buildings and foundations was analyzed. It was discovered in the research that when there is a relatively thick weak interlayer in the foundation soil layer, the simultaneous construction of the culvert and the adjacent buildings has a better control over the overall deformation of the foundation, and the resulting uneven settlement is smaller than that caused by the stepwise construction.
