Abstract:
With the continuous deepening of the Belt and Road cooperation, the pace of "Going Global" of Chinese enterprises has accelerated, and the demand for compound talent who "Understand Chinese, Master technical skills, Be familiar with cultures" at the frontline of overseas industries has continued to grow. Based on this, the "Chinese Language Teaching + Vocational Skills Cultivation " Education in Hubei Province has achieved initial progress in innovating talent cultivation model, creating teaching resource package, etc. However, there are still issues such as ineffective policy guidance, a shortage of high-quality resources, an imbalance in the teacher supply, and shallow enterprise participation. It is proposed that Hubei Province facilitates the "Going Global" of industries, products, technical standards and vocational education in the following aspects: further enhancing top-level design to achieve standard convergence; planning the construction of digital teaching resource packages to realize the "Integration of industry and education""Cooperation between education and enterprises"; driving with both internal and external forces to forge a "dual-teacher +" type teacher cultivating model; opening the "entry point" to introduce the participation of multiple entities.
