    Design of Integrated Intelligent Pumping Station and Its Application

    • 摘要: 传统的灌排泵站具有占地面积大、施工时间长、结构多样等特点。在现有泵站设计规范的基础上,探讨小型灌排泵站的工业化建设方法。采用WPC环保材料、一体化工艺代替传统的泵房的建设形式,并结合最新物联网技术、AI智能技术、可视化精细监控技术等,研发出一种能够实现自动化电气控制、数据智能分析管理、可移动组合的一体化智能泵站。

       

      Abstract: Traditional irrigation and drainage pumping stations feature large land occupation, long construction duration, and diverse structures. On the basis of the existing design specifications for pumping stations, this research discusses the industrialized construction approaches for small-scale irrigation and drainage pumping stations. Utilizing WPC eco-friendly materials and integrated traditional construction form of pump houses, and in combination with the latest Internet of Things technology, AI intelligent technology, and visual fine monitoring technology, an integrated intelligent pumping station capable of achieving automatic electrical control, intelligent data analysis and management, and mobile combination has been developed.
