Abstract:
To research the relations between the flexural strength and durability performance of pervious concrete, the experiments on the mechanics and sulfate erosion of pervious concrete were designed. The compressive strength, flexural strength of specimen, and the compressive strength at different ages under sulfate immersion were tested. Based on the relevant test results, prediction models for the compressive strength and flexural strength of pervious concrete, as well as the corrosion resistance coefficient and erosion time under sulfate erosion, were established. The results show that the compressive strength of pervious concrete is linearly correlated with the flexural strength. The priority of fitting the corrosion resistance coefficient and erosion time under a cubic function is higher.
