    • 摘要: 阅读推广在中国经过20年的繁荣发展,出现了推广盲目性、参与被动性、模式同质化等问题。通过深入分析发现,推广主体队伍专业性不强、阅读客体参与性不够、资源供给与需求错位、推广手段同质化模式化、部门协调不够是引发推广困境的原因。应当通过打造专业化团队以提升阅读推广能动性,启迪阅读兴趣以提升客体参与性,注重资源客体分类细化以提升推广针对性,建立系统化、模块化数字资源以夯实推广基础,采取数字化技术以拓展推广渠道,注重多部门协同以增强全员参与度,从而提升阅读推广效果。

       

      Abstract: After 20 years of prosperous development of reading promotion in China, there have emerged development predicaments such as blind promotion, passive participation, and homogeneous patterns. Through in-depth analysis, it is discovered that the causes of these predicaments include the weak professionalism of the promotion main body team, insufficient participation of the reading objects, mismatch between resource supply and demand, homogenization and stereotyped promotion means, and inadequate coordination among departments. By building a professional team to enhance the initiative of reading promotion, inspiring reading interest to improve the participation of the objects, focusing on the classification and refinement of resource objects to enhance the targeting of promotion, establishing systematic and modular digital resources to consolidate the foundation of promotion, adopting digital technologies to expand promotion channels, and emphasizing multi-departmental collaboration to enhance the participation of all personnel, the effect of reading promotion can thus be improved.
