静压气体径向轴承静态特性数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of the Static Characteristics of Hydrostatic Gas Radial Bearing

    • 摘要: 建立了静压气体径向轴承轴颈倾斜时的理论计算模型,采用数值计算方法,分析了轴颈倾斜工况下轴承气膜的厚度分布规律和压力分布规律,研究了轴颈倾斜对静压气体径向轴承静态承载、静态刚度、静态摩擦、质量流量等特性的影响。研究结果表明,轴颈倾斜会削弱静压气体径向轴承的静态承载能力和摩擦特性,但能够增强其静态刚度特性。

       

      Abstract: A theoretical calculation model of hydrostatic gas radial bearings under the condition of shaft neck inclination was established. Employing numerical calculation methods, it analyzed the thickness distribution and pressure distribution of the bearing gas film under the working condition of shaft neck inclination. Moreover, it researched the influence of shaft neck inclination on the static load-carrying capacity, static stiffness, static friction, and mass flow rate of hydrostatic gas radial bearings. The research findings show that shaft neck inclination can weaken the static load-carrying capacity and friction characteristics of hydrostatic gas radial bearings, yet it can enhance their static stiffness characteristics.
