Abstract:
The core essence of the Yellow River culture resides in the Yellow River governance culture, which has endured for thousands of years and remains relevant today. It traces the trajectory of the threefold ideological transformation within the Yellow River governance culture, namely from "revering nature" to "transforming nature" and then to "conforming to nature". From a theoretical perspective, it deconstructs the spiritual essence within the Yellow River governance culture, including the striving character of "God help who help themselves", the dedication spirit of "The world belongs to all the people", and the survival philosophy of "Harmony between man and nature". In alignment with the educational objectives of higher vocational education, it further analyzes the contemporary educational value and ideological logic of the progression from "understanding the Yellow River" to "loving the Yellow River" and finally to "protecting the Yellow River". Based on this analysis, a three-dimensional educational practice system is proposed. This system is grounded in the infiltration of campus culture, facilitated through the integration of ideological and political education into courses, and expanded by exploring practical teaching scenarios.
